.the election’s less than a week away

[Listening to: The Greatest Sex – R. Kelly – TP-2.Com (04:39)]

Saw this on a thread on Fark.com:

Salary: $84,000
Kids: 3
2 BR apartment in San Jose: $1250. (That’s WITH rent control)
Electricity: Out the no$e.
Commute: 40 miles/1hr 20min to San Mateo
Times laid off in the past 4 years: 3

Bustamante thinking he’s going to get my vote on a “tough love” platform: priceless

**sigh** Still haven’t made a decision on the election…

.midweek update

[Listening to: Fixation – Andy Ling – Tranceport, Vol. 2 Disc 1 (07:32)]

I still feel somewhat weak

Room is still a mess

Clothes still are not folded and put away

Applications still are not filled out

Web site redesign is still not done

Unreal Tournament has not been beaten yet.

I know, I’m just slacking on things. Well, first things first. Working on downloading pictures from this last weekend with Amber and Anige. After that, I have to fold clothes and put them away. I am finally tired of sleeping on all of the clothes that I own. Actually, it’s been more of a burrowing under all of them, which brings back memories of my road trip to Washington years ago (Shivering in the Metro on the side of the road trying to stay warm under all of the clothes that I brought, stomach in pain over the Taco Bell that I had foolishly eaten.) Then, I need to get the applications filled out. I’m sure there are a million other things that I need to catch up on.

Saw Angel season premier. Not bad, but I can’t wait to see how they explain Spike
coming back to life (…er, afterlife) after he was burned to a crisp in the last Buffy episode).

.dear body

[Listening to: As Yet Untitled – Terence Trent D’Arby – Introducing the Hardline According to Terence Trent D’Arby (05:33)]

why wont you get well for me?
